Today’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (“BCAP” or “the Company”) has approved the Annual Report of the Company and ratified the Company’s Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended on December 31, 2019.

The AGMS also received reports from the Board of Directors on their management duties, as well as the Board of Commissioners on their supervisory duties for the 2019 fiscal year.
