Jakarta, June 15, 2023 – Today’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (IDX: BCAP) has approved the Annual Report of the Board of Directors including BCAP’s Sustainability Report and the Supervisory Duties Report of the Board of Commissioners for the Financial Year ended on December 31, 2022. The AGMS also approved and ratified the Company’s Consolidated Financial Statements for the 2022 financial year. In 2022, the Company recorded consolidated revenue of Rp2,849.4 billion, up by 4.2% year-on-year from Rp2,735.1 billion in 2021, with the digital business making the most significant leap, reaching 101.0% from Rp144.6 billion to Rp290.6 billion. A substantial chunk of the Company’s revenue came from interest and dividends with Rp1,670.3 billion, followed by the capital market income with Rp370.4 billion. BCAP’s net income was recorded at Rp148.0 billion, higher than last year’s of Rp147.2 billion.
